Registration fees include participation to the scientific program of MES, conference material and book of abstracts, welcome reception on Monday 27th August, four lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks.
Accompanying persons: the fees correspond to the welcome reception, four lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks.
The conference dinner (30th August):
- is not included in the registration fees, and can be paid only when registering in Metz
- is FREE for PhD students !
If chosen, university accommodation should be booked together with the registration.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made prior to 15th June 2018 will receive a full refund.
Even in case of non-participation, we regret that no refunds are possible for cancellations communicated after 16th June 2018.

The payment of registration fees may be made:

- by bank transfer
